Julius Roberts, restaurant trained cook and first generation 'millennial farmer', left a blossoming career as a chef in London in 2016 to start a farm 'out of curiosity'.

Since then, he’s been sharing vibrant snippets of his life in Sussex with his goats, pigs and two dogs with his 23,000 Instagram followers, aiming to educate his audience on topics including animal welfare and seasonal cooking. Often cooking with produce grown on his own farm or foraged from nearby woods, sustainability and self-sufficiency are central to the message Roberts puts out on his social media channels and in real life. Having led sustainable cooking demos at food festivals around the country, and with a book of recipes and farming tips in the pipeline, 25 year old Roberts is bound to continue inspiring new audiences to think differently about their food and where it comes from.
